Damaged or Defective Products

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once we review your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has left our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.
Exceptions
